This is a very interesting statement, which surprised me a lot when Suresh made it! From an outside observer's point of view, I would have thought they had mitigated the financial risks and the technological risks, while it remains to be seen whether market risks have been mitigated or not.

However, it seems a lot has happened behind the curtains already, so that POET could state that the market risks have been mitigated! And regarding the technological risks, we are currently waiting for the one last hurdle to be taken: confirmation of mass-producability. Wavetek, how are you doing?
