I just can't fathom how any work in the GAAS semi area is not infringed on POETS patents in one area or another. It could be WIN is out major partner and will be announced shortly. Worst case scenario it just goes to show how much our IP is really worth in the market place now that majors are headed in this direction. POET is worth a wack more than the current SP. Info like this just confirms we are in the right place at the right time.
