Hi Rainer,

you mentioned OPEL (100% owned by POET) and ODIS (100% owned by OPEL) at your blog. Would it make sense to add them to the POET-universe? We don´t know very much about them, but they seem to be quite important (i.e. Opel owns patents).

By the way: I wonder how many employees Odis Inc. has. I think they could even have the often cited 40 engineers to push technology and we would not know. Form 20-F covers not more than Poet itself, right? ODIS is not listed as far as I know, so there is no 20-F and ODIS may be used as a black box to hide things as long as you think it´s time for a "coming out".
