although not "VP", "Director" is still management, unless you want to constrain to "executive" management, in which case you should heave Ferri, Gupta, and LC Chiu.
she has effectively the same product role that Dan did, and we included him.
first woman in the diagram (dotted to CSCO via Mohan's wife notwithstanding)
