The market is only ever close to "omniscient" if knowledge is available to all players in the market. There are a lot of pplayers who know nothing of POET.

Don't believe all that claptrap about "Efficient Markets" if you read that theory and then become a participant in the markets you quickly realise that market efficiency may sort of hold for the largest capitalisation companies but it is a long way from holding for the smaller companies like POET!
