I wouldn't say no, but few at best.

As I have been saying for quite some time, the share price won't move northwards significantly without revenues or equivalent, e.g. an announcement of an important partnership that promises revenues. By the way, such an announcement could come any time.

A Nasdaq listing can accelerate a revenue-driven uptrend, but it cannot replace it. I think POET will make a revenue-promising announcement first, and then apply for Nasdaq.
