Thanks Rainer...never nice being the bearer of bad news.

This likely will fuel the shorts, and scare some longs, but the truth is that it's a relatively miniscule amount compared to his holdings.

He should've been able to get more for his shares, it's a crime that he didn't, as he deserves a lot more for his life's work.
