Did you take a look at the history of Pixelworks and the recent developement of its SP?
1. I guess we can not complain about our SP. Revenue is definitively not the key.
2. Pixelworks validation is 5% of their IPO price and 1% of their max SP in 2000. OK, it was the time of the bubble. (Attention, R/S 1:3 in 2010)
They have good potential, nice IP, interesting products - but they are trapped in the heavy competition with giants like Samsung. It seems to me that this is the kind of company ready to eat lunch - with the help of POET enabled micro displays.
P.S.: I remember that we discussed about the energy saving potential of POET (charge once a week) when we found out that the processor is just one element with potential savings. The other is the display - draining a big chunk of energy. Would POET be able to solve this problem using a VCSEL arrey display?
