Just introduced at the MWC in Barcelona: Caterpillar S60
I guess a quite useful gadget.

But imagine how this phone would work powered by POET!

This one has a thermal module produced by FLIR, a resolution of 640 x 480 pixel and a max. range of 50-100 feet (15-30 meter). Can this be improved? Yes, we can!
