My favorite sentence of the cc (right at the end):

"We believe passionately that POET is roaring towards the next industry standard in some of the most extraordinary growth markets in semiconductors."

That one stuck out to me, "roaring" - not a term I would through around lightly in these times of class actions, etc. Hell of an endorsement!
