25 hours after the CC closed, I was able to consolidate the (for now) last outstanding change into the transcript.

Many, many thanks to the many, many folks who participated!

Though the text as such is complete now, there are still a few rough edges. If you have the time, please go to the transcript (again) and especially iron out the spots marked in yellow. You are also invited to proof-read the whole stuff and correct spelling, commas, or whatever.

I'll leave the document open for editing until Friday or so and prepare the permanent version for being published in my blog on the weekend.
