A Beautiful Poem: This comment has me on very high alert.

Very high alert? Oh, come on! They have achieved a proof of concept, no more, no less. Their electron and hole mobilities are much worse than silicon, so there's still a very, very long way to go for them.

When was it that POET (then OPEL) announced their own proof of concept? More than 13 (thirdteen!) years ago!
