I just think someone out there will lend them the money or make some kind of deal to get there hands on those shares.

I think anyone who can conceive of loaning money to PNP even at toxic financing rates would be better served buying shares for themselves and let PNP twist in the wind. A little DD would drive them to that conclusion, IMO.
