POET's interest in Wavetek as a long term partner makes sense as they seem to be a new, energetic company, Really busting at the seams to be onboard with the "next big thing". So a long term relationship makes sense to me. Suresh, Ajit & Co know a winner when they see it. They've been around the block. If the rumor is true or not, it would make sense, but for some reason I don't see POET spending capital on another company when they have so much developing right now. If they have NDA revenues already, and I think this would be a very temporary situation, I guess it could be justified. Chuck Norris, analogy seems fitting - full contact, World chamionship level, real deal stuff. Either way it really seems we have quite the management team. They kind of remind me of the SF Warriors - Great, but rather selfless, and gifted with extreme talent, and that talent pointed at the greater good. Perfect for our company, on the brink of our changing from electronic to optical computing. Over used term but in this case appropriate, Disruptive. I would think both Google Alphabet and Apple would be on our target list. They both need to look at reducing expenses in the interest of their bottom line. Of course so does Facebook, with their surprisingly positive earnings last quarter. GLTA Bt
