NDA with NASA already exists.

although the 2013 NASA work on LADEE was with MIT, and while some of the ODIS SBIR work was at Glenn, not all of it was there.

in some of the 2014 filings, there is a direct statement that POET is in active use at NASA, but we can't be sure of the details since they were never tracked down (perhaps with good reason).

keep in mind, NASA is a civilian agency, but (most of?) BAE's customers are not.

as with most things in tech, it's painted olive drab and is put to use 20+ years before the mass of citizenry is allowed to know about it.

I could see some of Krainak's latest new stuff with NCRD at Goddard being ODIS, in part at least.
