EpiWorks’ co-founder and executive vice president, Dr. Ahmari’s primary research areas are GaAs and InP-based heterojunction bipolar transistors; device physics, modeling, and characterization of heterojunction bipolar transistors; integrated circuit fabrication; and electronic and optoelectronic integrated circuits. He received his PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1998.
