$5 US per share is a typical minimum for institutional investors in US. Of course, market cap and liquidity are factors. PTK will have to 7x to get to this level which will be quite a ride in itself built on news, private investors and possibly a split. Then imagine going to Nasdaq, and finally the big boys can buy.
