Dcm that makes much more sense to me than trying to get sp higher to get warrants exercised when they already have enough cash for quite some time. Let them run out, share price runs much higher on news. Then,if they need cash, do another PP at much higher price and offer warrants at much higher sp also.

I exspect the next NR to be a big one. Prototype is history, manufacturing is all in place and started. Some mou's or contracts, deals or whatever has probably already been signed or ready to sign (by some data centers, whatever) with prior conditions satisfied by Poet's prototype and ability to produce.
