I am sure that POET was asket, by Wavetek, how they were going to pay and needed proove. In my view POET has already at least one signed customer for their monolithically integrated opto-electronic transceivers. They just can't not announce it yet. IMO Revenues is a garantie now and will probably know who is that first customer very very soon.

I would not be surprise if they would announce a first revenu deal before the CC because they would probably get the question anyway on Feb 16.
