Dcmd99: I know RF commented on the initial buyout of anadigics as not affecting POET. Have they mentioned anything about the whole II-VI offer including epi-works.

I must say I am disappointed with Robert Ferri. I sent him an e-mail recently asking for a comment on the II-VI acquisitions. Not that I really expected an answer, but at least he should have told me that he can't/won't respond. But nothing since days!

All we have seen so far are a few half-hearted website edits, a new and broken POET Technologies logo, one news release, and some reports about phone calls he made to Agoracom members – including his request to not quote him on a public forum.

Again, this is disappointing.
