Personally I think it would have been very challenging to orchestrate the Fab 2.0 model with the inclusion of Anadigics knowing that it was being pursued by more than one suitor. It may still happen but I'm not sure you could make any definitive plans until ownership from all of the players had been solidified. There was certainly a huge coincidence involved but laying the foundation for Fab 2.0 with so much uncertainty would be a little premature....my opinion only.
