An interesting developmental day and certainly enoughs been said on the situation.

Please me allow me one additional comment.

There been much speculation as to what role, if any, a PTK would have played in all this. My own personal opinion is that there is some vey large underlying dots or clues here. I have stated in past that nary a nickle gets spent in our business without an offset of revenue either now or in the future. Now I comprehend this statement in itself as in a kind of trite and simplistic way. Lets face it every business does seek the same relationship ...yes ? Whats different for us ? Well, with time lines tight, budgets tighter, the mores and ebb and flow of the populace and its fickle fancies at play, the customer we are working for, engineering, electrical, mechanical, material costs, human effects, all at play.

Our management team are a steller group, who no doubt have said to each other, we do require quality, cutting edge, progressive, can do, 21st century partners, suppliers, and contractors. This is no understatement. One way many build companies shrewdly and on budget is by aquisition, by partnership, by consensus agreement. Lets face it 6 months ago or so, ANAD was faced with potentially certain dispersement, listing suspension, sales faltering, going really no where, and fast. So who called whom, said what, made a case, drew the dream, concocted a plan, and executed ? Why would they waste time and money, on a perceived basket case ? Why would PTK, if involved, be involved .....in any way ? Why and how would this 2-6, come into the mix ? Why would anyone waste time on a junior Canadian tech start up, and their potentially enormous order effects on their bottom line, if there was no working sample or pilot product, or no product potential ?

You know why, you know how, you know who.
