Dr. Vincent D. Mattera, Jr., is President, Director of the Company. He was Chief Operating Officer of II-VI Inc. Dr. Mattera has been employed by the Company since 2004, and has been its President and Chief Operating Officer since November 2014. Dr. Mattera has been serving in the role of Chief Operating Officer since September 2013 and previously served as Executive Vice President from January 2010 to September 2013 and as a Vice President from 2004 to 2009. Dr. Mattera served in various executive roles in product development and manufacturing at Agere Systems from 2001 to 2003 and at Lucent Technologies from 1996 to 2001. From 1984 to 1995, he held management positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories

Geoff Taylor is the Chief Scientific officer and the inventor of the POET devices and the related monolithic approach to the optoelectronic integrated circuit. Much of the early work on POET was done at AT&T Bell Labs
