Riber, the French MBE system specialist, has announced an order for an MBE49 multi wafer production machine.

According to the company, the MBE system 49 can produce epi-wafers with very high performance and is particularly suitable for the manufacture of microelectronic and optoelectronic devices.

The fully automated machine can operate continuously 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with rates of uninterrupted use of more than ten months and high level of reliability, says Riber.

This order, recorded on January 15th, should be delivered before the end of 2016. This confirms the upturn in Riber's order book.
