I agree, the company has only suggested that they will go this alone, and that there will be no buyout, whether it be an offer or hostile bid.
This board has been through this discussion countless times, it's always inconclusive, and frankly, a waste of time. The company will decide if a takeover offer is presented to the shareholders, but I doubt that will occur because they've made it clear that they will not be bought out, which is why the SRP was put in place.
I certainly wouldn't tender my shares for anything less than $20/sh., and even at that would do so reluctantly, for the future of this technology is gigantic.
There is no evidence whatsoever that the company would consider a buyout, so the topic should be dropped until such evidence presents itself.
