The best part is even now some one can initiate a good position and build on.

I am trying to inform my friends and family, but nobody wants to take it seriously, that is the sad part.

But, its also my fault , well kind of ,I have been talking to them about this for more than a year, price wise nothing happened, so they are in the I told you so mode.
