Maybe they have been reading this Board and understand the frustration of silence that has been posted here and rather wanted to get this out to shareholders. There could be (and most likely will be) news before the Feb CC. As others here have pointed out there could be contingent issues that might impact timing of news that is outside there control. They have set this date for the CC possibly anticipating a news release before if the stuff they anticipate announcing can be released before the CC. We will have an opportunity to ask questions and get some further answers by Feb 16.
