Well, Derek, I could make an offer to buy your POET shares at $0.10 each until 2016-01-15. And if you don't tender your shares, I could extend that period without having to ask you. :-)

Exactly Rainer! That is the point. GaAs Labs have left their offer standing, but only 2.2% of ANAD shareholders have tendered their shares. IMO, it will not happen when there is a " superior offer" at 62 cents.
