I don't have an "understanding" such as FJ, but from where I sit, I, too, don't understand why the ANAD saga would affect any announcement or status call, granular or otherwise, to be made by POET.

It seems as though sometimes, the board gets a hold of an idea and begins to treat it as if were fact. Let's not fabricate excuses for POET in terms of keeping to their rather specific word of a few months ago. It's almost as if some want to have the excuse all ready in case they don't have the CC by month end. That's bad thinking; if there is to be a delay in the anticipated time of the granularity call, I believe they will let us know, and if they don't, then I expect to be updated, and will not be happy if they don't come through with one.
