ok, that's a good thing then...there was some talk earlier of a 300mm wafer, but perhaps it was just speculation for the future.

So M/A-COM could do it, amongst several others...there are perhaps dozens, world-wide, that I can see that could supply POET.

Supposedly POET would have to supply its' "special recipe" to each supplier, which they could have issues with...keeping the wafer suppliers to a minimum would be ideal, I would think.
