Or it´s somewhat different:

GaasLab and Poet Managers (I´m sure they know each other quite well) arranged, that Poet doesn´t want to be in public as a bidder. For what reason ever.

So GaasLab made the first strike that had to be announced. After that Poet made the "real" higher bid that did not has to be announced.

More conspiracy theories, anyone? :-)
