anadigics setllted?

Been checking every 15 minutes to see if GaAs labs countered the .62 offer from party A. No news yet but GaAs labs had 48 hours from January 5th to counter.

If my math and time orientation are correct - it's January 8th and no news of a counter from GaAs labs - so looks like anadigcs are going with the .62 offer from party A and we should find out who they are shortly. And hopefully an update from POET to boot so we can move on.
