Well Johnny, I can think of a number of reasons why you can't announce a VP position. What if part of their role is tied to product development with Anadigics? What if the announcement was to coincide with partners they would be working with, but they can't because those partners haven't secured anything with Anadigics? What if Poet was working with a partner to purchase Anadigics? What if they haven't sorted out salary and options?

These are just a few and they really aren't that far fetched. I don't even care about NDA's because as far as I'm concerned that's just something that gets thrown around all the time when there's no news.
