Being more than likely of the more younger side of this board (Just over mid 20's) tying up a good sum of capital has its advantages and disadvantages. My advantage is an opportunity at a legacy investment that very well may allow myself to support a future family and set aside a large sum of capital for retirement, not often you'll heat those words from someone my age.
