1. 2 million warrants/shares is nothing POET will worry about, it is not important. Compare the situation with last year...
2. Who is holding the rest of these warrants? Some are at IBK, and IBK is a good partner of POET. They will not play tricks with friends.
PNP has little or no shares of POET now, just some warrants. 2M! It is not important.
Some of our Agora friends have bigger positions. So this is not worth to risk any delays in NR.
