Here is my guess on that, Poet is working with apple, (TB) poet is working with Anad. to build prototypes, apple see's the results as well as GaAs Labs gets wind of the results or rumor of, GaAs Labs decides to buy the company and apple is not going to have any of that so they put an offer in on Anad.
