I thought PNP was out of PTK shares some time ago. They show nothing on their website as of September, and they clearly state that they would have to disclose ownership of any public position larger than 250,000 shares. They don't disclose that, so we have to assume they don't have them and a smaller position would not create the huge selling pressure we saw today. What they do have are 2.7MM of the 6.7MM warrants due next month. Is it feasible that they have sold those privately and the buyer has dumped a bunch of commons to buy the warrants?? Otherwise, I can't see PNP being involved. Thoughts please.
