Except PNP and SI. Management may not actively promote SP increases and news blitz until February 14 2016 so that those two parties don't benefit from their 1 cdn dollar warrants. They will most likely dump millions of warrant converted shares for their profit and depress poetf for months. It's just my speculation ! !
