That is strange. I phoned Credential Direct and they told me I could not transfer funds from todays low to next years TFSA. I would have to wait until Monday to do it because your transaction and daily highs/Lows would have to be based on the New year or it would count toward your 2015 TFSA if it was based off of todays price.
Surprising that all the different banks are not the same, I guess if you got audited you would find out pretty quick. Unless it is just the certain people you talk to that don't really know what they are talking about, and provide you with some false info which could get you into trouble. I guess I will just have to wait until Monday to do any transferring.
