Thanks FJ - i should have referenced our discussion from the 23rd which is essentially the same as what is mentioned here.

To me there are alot of variables, but the way everything has been setup seems very simple - assumming all goes as plans - we demonstrate our ability in the datacenters - this alone will be huge to a small company like POET if it gets picked up (i.e - NASDAQ and beyond). Than once it's effectiveness and disruptive potential has been demonstrated, the silent (not so silent partner) will begin the process to produce POET chips on their own and have a stranglehold on the market.

Lots of things can go wrong obviously but the potential here far outweighs the risk - will be exciting to watch it unfold and see how right or wrong my thought process is. We certainly have the management to make it happen which I was told is the best indicator of whether or not a company of this size will be successful. And it seems our management plan has the same pathway as the silicon photonics start ups- hopefully we get there before, or at the same time and demonstrate our superiority - the competition will be healthy and a good motivator to get this underway.

Very exciting and happy to be part of this, especially buying in at these rock bottom SP, even anyone in at this point regardless of their entry point have a potential for a huge gain here. I'm new to the investment game as mentioned so this is all IMO - this is the first one I've come across that hasn't triggered my IBS or my sell button finger.
