HOGAN: Pessimistically one could say the if other companies employed the same stealth mode as we see from POET, then there is a likelihood that a competitive technology or methodology is in fact being developed without anyone's knowledge.

I would even say that if there were such a company with the same stealth mode as POET, i.e. not with a much tighter stealth mode, we would have found and evaluated it for sure.

Even POET Technologies themselves are not aware of any competition ("Blue Ocean").
