Jets911: Given his CV and executive level I wonder if he was going to be the CEO of Anadigics if Poet acquired it?

Give me one good reason POET Technologies should throw out money and burden itself with Anadigics! Suresh has clearly stated that they are too small to produce the large volumes that will be needed. Anadigics can and will do the job POET is paying them for, and that's it. (And this is independend of who will be owner of Anadigics.)
