Given his CV and executive level I wonder if he was going to be the CEO of Anadigics if Poet acquired it? Hard to see him as only a VP product development given his prior CEO positions. My GUESS was that that was in the works before GaAs Labs made the offer. Interesting to read the timeline of the deal in the SEC filings and how the final price was walked down once GaAs got the books.

Just seems unusual that you would have this info in the presentation packages and not yet make any announcements regarding his appointment and what specifically he would be doing. If stealth why put it in the Euro material unless there is some relationships they are planning on leveraging either in the Euro or Asia road shows.

Long and short of it is there is likely good news coming in the next month or so.
