ahhhh, I think if that "partner" was providing NRE $'s and/or an equity stake they would have to reveal their hand, which I DO NOT think is part of the plan.

This would most certainly be material news: POET could not just say "we're paying cash for ANAD, and enough to trounce competing bids, but we're not telling you where the cash is coming from.
