My understanding is that if you're over the limit you'll get dinged...regardless.

Too many years have gone by for people to claim "but I didn't know" .....!

Just make sure you're within the limits outlined and there'll be no problemos.

Alternatively, once anyone/anywhere exceeds the limits set forth by our elected officials ...is when issues can/do begin to occurr. Better to not play games with our keepers. Rather than what one may prefer to think could be a quick win could be a quick smack between the tender-spotz, right?
