From my perspective, I would have thought that there would have been some action in this regard by now but for some reason nothing has been disclosed either because it is currently not a priority or the seats are contingent on something else.

Going forward I see these seats as being held pending the consummation of a significant commercial or economic relationship or, they will be filled by industry all-stars that address some perceived competency weaknesses or competency voids at the board level.

Anyone have additional thoughts on this?
