I emailed, recieved no response. I called, left voicemail and recieved a call back within 5 minutes. Answered my questions with acceptable answers.
I do send and recieve approx 30 - 50 emails a day. Many do get missed from time to time due to unclairity. So I cannot hold anything against IR at all. I do feel serious investors with serious questions will not hesitate to pick up the phone and call.
It's of my opinion that an email is more of a curtain to hide behind for both parties and can be easily reposted without special hardware or software in place.
Ever had a text from the Ms or Mrs? I tend to ignore those since they usually end up in what I call the "Circle" conversation. Big waste of time, and you tend to end the convo with more questions then answers.
