Just checked it:

• Page 2 is the Safe Habor statement. It should really be included indeed! Unfortunately people usually skip it, disregard it, and don't take it seriously – which then leads to disappointments and slanderous accusations like "Peter lied at us" etc.
• Pages 9 and 10 are not duplicates. Page 9 shows the total available markets, while page 10 highlights the data communication market, which POET's is addressing right now. POET cannot address all the markets at the same time – no company could do that.
