Purley speculation on my part but I think sp rising to the NASDAQ qualifier level could be based upon two things. One, the magnitude of the VP selected to join the team, along with his contacts, background, etc. I think this will have a relativley smaller effect, but could be significant depending on the individual. Two, I think, obviously having product and sales will do it, but that is down the line a bit farther time wise. It will take longer for actual product and inventory. I think having working prototypes/ samples, and lots of them, amply distributed to qualified customers, along with some big NR's, one supplied by us,along with investigative reported articles in trade and popular publications. We would need to have a video or animation on our website to illustrate, generally, what we have, how it works, what's new and exciting about it, and the ramifications on the market. We should also reference the potential for other verticles showing the scope of POET. We would want to include letters of intent for purchase orders, based upon POET's performance. We would want to include the military market verticles as well as the commercial markets. In both cases, I guess expecially the commercial since the military will be huge but approached differently, in contract forms, time -lines and incentives. One more thing would be to post, probably in NR's, some opinions of objective experts in the industry about the impact POET will have on the industry as a whole, along with projected verticle markets. Industry experts as well as market experts, that might update the Pelligrino report. Opinions from these guys about the impact on computing and data transfer, and the "Holy Grail" type of product description and the benifits (sounds kind of mushy but) to mankind, climate change, Medical applications and advancements, as well as raising our safety and security with our military advancements with POET. All together this push would boil down to POET as a once in a life-time, legacy type stock, and early adopters, with both product integratiion and investment, will be very rewarding. Just some thoughts there, all my opinion. Our management knows what it's doing and what they do may or may not look this way.
