Robvanhooren: the TMX apps info website (the one that you linked) does not have to be correct -- it's viewed as a public convenience only.

What I am doing for the POET Technologies Timeline, is to take

the end of quarter numbers from the most recent financial statements and amend them by
the numbers from the TMX apps info webpage, see table "Warrants and options executed since 2015-09-30".

Even if the TMX apps number could be off, they are the best source I have. And at least the order of magnitude should coincide with the true numbers.
